Message Us on WhatsApp: Usually the Fastest Reply
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us, and you don't have to fill in a form. Send:
- a photo of the document (a phone photo is fine)
- the country or authority it's for
- where you'd like to sign: home, office, hospital or care home
- your deadline
We reply during our service hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm), usually the same day. We'll tell you whether you need a Notary, an SAL Apostille, an embassy step or a translation. We'll also send one figure that includes the statutory fees and our travel fee. If you're comparing prices first, see what each fee covers.

We Serve Clients in Singapore Only: Here's What That Means
Every visit, signing and notarisation, and every SAL and embassy step, happens in Singapore. You can contact us from anywhere, and many customers do.
- You're in Singapore: we come to you.
- You're abroad, but the document is in Singapore or can be couriered here: we can often complete it without you travelling. See how we help customers living overseas with Singapore documents.
- You're abroad and must sign personally: you'll need to sign before a Singapore Notary Public here, or before a notary where you live. Video notarisation isn't available from Singapore notaries, so we can't notarize your signature remotely.
Your details are handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and used only to reply to your enquiry and carry out your job. Find out who will notarise your document.
Information checked: October 2026. Requirements can change; we confirm them for your document before booking.
